For roofing companies

More Google reviews.
After every job.
Automatically.

You finish the job. The system emails your customer and asks for a Google review, then sends one polite reminder if they forget. You do nothing. More recent reviews means you show up higher on Google Maps, and higher on Google Maps means more calls.

No work from you

The problem

Your reviews don't
match your work.

Most roofers do good work. Very few of their happy customers ever leave a review, because nobody asks them at the right moment. So the Google ranking never shows how good the company really is, and the calls go to somebody else.

1
You finish a job and the customer is happy. That is the one moment they would leave a review.
2
Nobody asks. You are already on the next roof.
3
A week later they have forgotten. That review is gone for good.
4
Meanwhile the company down the road asks every single customer, and climbs above you.
How it works

Four steps. You do
none of them.

This is the whole system, start to finish.

01
Job marked done
You mark the job complete, or just forward me the customer. That is your entire job.
02
Customer gets an email
A short, friendly email goes out in your company name asking how the job went.
03
Happy ones go to Google
One tap takes them straight to your Google review page. No searching, no friction.
04
One gentle reminder
If they do not respond, they get one polite nudge. After that the system stops.
Why it matters

The top three get
the phone calls.

Homeowners almost never scroll past the first three results on Google Maps. They read the reviews, they pick one, they call.

Here is the part most roofers miss: the top three are not always the best roofers in town. They are the ones with the most reviews, and the most recent ones. Google treats a steady stream of fresh reviews as a sign the business is active and trusted.

This system just makes sure that steady stream is yours.

Works alongside the website you already have. Nothing on your site changes.
Nothing to install. No app for your crew to learn.
Emails go out under your company name, not mine.
I set the whole thing up. You do not touch any settings.
A short report every week so you can see what came in.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need a new website for this?
No. This has nothing to do with your website. It runs completely separately and works with whatever site you already have, or with no site at all.
Does it send text messages too?
Right now it sends email only. I would rather tell you that up front than promise something I am still building. Text messages are being added next.
What do I actually have to do?
Tell me the customer's name and email when a job is done. That is it. Most roofers just forward the invoice. I handle everything else.
What if a customer is unhappy?
The first email asks how the job went. Happy customers get sent to Google. If someone is not happy, that comes back to you privately so you can fix it before it turns into a public review.
How long does setup take?
Under a day. I need your Google review link and your company name. You do not have to sit through a setup call unless you want one.
What happens after the 14 days?
If it is working, it is $99 a month and you can cancel any time. If it is not, you tell me and we stop. No contract, no cancellation fee.
